    Stats

Stats are how we here on MHAJF define what characters are physically capable. There is a numerical value given to each of the 5 different stats, and each is intended to give you an understanding of how your character fares in physical prowess and combat. Stats are listed in this order: Strength, Endurance, Speed, Perception, and Quirk Control.

    Power
Power determines the amount of strength the character is capable of outputting. This constitutes how hard they strike, How much they can carry and lift, etc. This stat also covers the power and physical prowess of things extended beyond that of the character's physical body, such as that of quirks and skills.

    Endurance
Endurance determines the overall durability of the character. How many hits they can take, how long they can keep fighting, how long they can withstand the damage they take, etc. This stat mainly exists to determine how long realistically you can fight.

    Speed
Speed encompasses how fast you can move, inside or outside of combat. This stat also entails your agility, and the overall fineness of your movements. Top speed is not always achieved however, and you can only use the entirety of your speed along with the use of a quirk, or skill. You may use your top speed if you choose, but at the cost of one stat point from your perception.

    Perception
Perception is the overall effectiveness of your senses. Your ability to see, hear, and feel things from distances, as well as your ability to process information and plan things accordingly. Aside from heightened senses, perception allows your character to think and act fast.

    Discipline
Discipline is the stat that determines the control you have on your abilities. If you are a quirk user, this stat will depict your level of mastery over your quirk, How well you are capable of using it, How intense the drawbacks are, how long you may keep it active, etc. If you are quirkless, this stat determines how much control you have over your own body, your weapons of choice, your support items, and anything else of the like. This stat will also determine the rank of the skills that you are allowed to use.

    Stat Upgrades

Here on JF, we use a letter system for stats. Each letter will provide you with a classification for that stat's current rank, as well as a description for what that Letter represents in terms of your character's current capability. The letter ranks go from F-S. Here are the descriptions for what each letter represents you being capable of.

    Letter Ranks
F- This is the starting rank for each character's stats. This is the lowest of the low. Just your average human being, comparable to Deku before receiving One For All.

E- At this rank, you can be considered to be just a little above that of what an average human is capable of. In no way have you perfected your abilities, but you are beginning to get a grasp upon them.

D- This rank is peak human physical condition. You are now at the very tip of what the  normal human can physically accomplish. Comparable to Deku during the UA entrance exams.

C- At this rank, you have just reached the threshold beyond what what is considered peak ability, and are now wondering into territories that can only be considered superhuman. You are definitely above that of a normal human, but still are far from being at the top. Comparable to Bakugou's strength and quirk control.

B- At this rank, you have now reached a developed understanding of your abilities, nearing mastery. This rank can is when a stat can be considered your primary attribute. Comparable to Dabi, or Eraserhead. B rank is the cap stat rank that can be achieved without limit breaking.

A- This is the first rank that can be achieved after breaking one's limits. At this rank, you have almost completely mastered your abilities. You are a force to be reckoned with, but there is still one level more above your skills. Similar to that of Muscular during the Forest Training Camp Arc, Or one of the Noumus.

S- This is when you have mastered your abilities, and are capable of feats only shown by the best of the best. The very top of the chain. You are now akin to those of legendary status. Comparable to the likes of All Might.

    Limit Breaking
Limit Breaking is the first method needed to allow a stat to go beyond B rank. There are two requirements to limit break a stat. The first, is that the character must partake must undergo intense effort and do something that effects the entirety of their faction group as a whole. The second, is that they must buy the stat for double the amount of the cost of a B rank. For quirk users, the limit breaking process can only be done with two stats. Quirkless characters have the advantage of limit breaking up to 3.

    Transcendence
Transcendence is a step above limit breaking, that can only be done after you have brought all available limit breaking stats to S. Transcendence allows you to essentially limit break the rest of your stats, allowing you the capacity to bring all of your stats to S rank. This is no easy feat, and takes several stipulations to be made before you can do this. The first, is that you must max out all stats that were available to you due to limit breaking. The second requirement, is that you must have completed a minimum of 5 actions that have impacted your faction or the site as a whole. The third and final requirement, is that you must pay triple the amount  of the upgrade to B rank, for each Transcended stat, Both A and S rank.
