    Factions and Groups Heroes11

Heroes are individuals who use their Quirks to protect civilians from villains, natural disasters, or any other kind of harm. Those who take heroism as a profession are referred to as Pro Heroes. To be a hero is to have a Hero Provisioning License, which basically allows that person to use their quirk to fight against villainy or to help with natural disasters and have the law on their side.

-Heroes receive one free D-Rank costume from the start
-Heroes are able to have a student intern for them
-Heroes are able to arrest Villains and Vigilantes with good reason
-Heroes are more often in the spotlight of news stations(more likely to receive fame than other factions)

    Factions and Groups Villai11

Villains are people, both Quirked and Quirkless, who commit crimes and in the process put innocent lives at stake. Villains started as a group of people who wanted to use their new gifts to benefit themselves instead of helping others. Unlike heroes, these people wanted to use their Quirks to commit crime and evil. They can essentially do what they wish, understanding that at the cost of their endless freedom is an endless wave of opposition.

-Villains have access to higher-risk-higher-reward missions
-Villains have access to one free D-Rank weapon

    Factions and Groups Police10

The Police Force are a law-enforcing group responsible for arresting and apprehending Villains defeated by the Pro Heroes. During the initial appearance of Quirks, the Police Force did not enlist any officers with Quirks because they feared the superpowers may be used as a weapon. Pro Heroes arose to fill the role of Quirk wielding crime fighters. Police Officers now serve simply to arrest criminals that have been subdued by Pro-Heroes while providing general support. They also now officially accept individuals with quirks into the force as well, even encouraging in as if late due to the loss of faith in heroes as a whole.

-Police start out with a maxed out base
-Police receive free equipment from the get-go(See Equipment List for Police starter gear)
-Police can arrest a villain or vigilante with good reason

    Factions and Groups Vigila10

Vigilantes are people who voluntarily carry out duties usually done by heroes without paying attention to the law. Due to the hero regulations, people are not allowed to carry heroic duties out on their own and vigilantism is therefore forbidden. Generally heroes that are unable to obtain a license or people without quirks that still wish to fight crime without being a police officer are classified as Vigilantes.

    -Vigilantes are classified as criminals
-Vigilantes with Quirks can purchase a Hero License and become an official hero
-Vigilantes aren't held to rules like Heroes are
-Vigilantes receive one free E-Rank armor or weapon

    Factions and Groups Studen10

Young men and women with a bright future ahead of them. To be a student is to be someone with endless opportunities and more room to grow than most others. Heroes, Villains, Vigilantes, Police, it doesn't matter which faction, as they all were once young students with a goal in mind. A student will have more IC opportunities than most other characters to grow and improve in life, as they will have more official events catered to them and programs designed to ensure that they end up under the guidance of a hero should they aspire to become one.

-Students start at F-Rank in all stats
-Students have more events overall than others
    -Students receive internship opportunities
-Students receive a passive 10% discount towards stat training until graduation
-Students can also dropout just by making a [Dropping out] thread(They lose all ability to become pro heroes as a result, even if they become Vigilantes, since their dropping out marks them as unreliable)
-Students can receive one free D-Rank costume(with abilities or stats that equal one)
